APR Compliance Group provides legal virtual assistant services, remote online notarization, bilingual document services (English & Spanish), business compliance support, and contract and records management. The specific scope of any engagement will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking or contracting.

Payment Terms
Payment for notary sessions is due in full prior to the session. Retainer-based engagements (such as monthly Legal VA retainers) are invoiced on a monthly basis, payable upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project-based engagements may require a deposit at the start of work.
Cancellation Policy
Notary sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential. Documents, communications, and any personal or business details shared with us in the course of an engagement are protected and handled with discretion at every step. We do not disclose client information to third parties without written authorization, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
APR Compliance Group provides administrative and operational services only. We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to legal results, business outcomes, or financial impact. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Harris County, Texas.
